There is no SDK for the LPC13 family, you need to use LPCOpen instead. If you are using LPCXpresso IDE or MCUXpresso IDE, then the package can be found in the Examples subdirectory of your IDE installation. Otherwise check at http://www.nxp.com/lpcopen
