The settings do not match for all tools:

I am running MCUXpresso IDE v11.3.0, and downloaded SDK_2.9.0_LPC55S26.

I am choosing the 64 pin package when I create a project. When I try to open the MCUXpresso configuration tool, it gives me the following error:

[SDK] The settings do not match for all tools: Part-numbers do not match: Pins 'LP55S26JBD100' differs from Clocks 'LPC55S26JBD64'. Open configuration failed due to unknown reason.

If I change to the 100 pin package, I can run the MCUXpresso configuration tool successfully. (But I can't use the 100 pin package).

Any advice would be appreciated.

It seems there is something wrong, I will report it to configuration tool team.

For now, the workaround is first  change 'LPC55S26JBD64' to 'LP55S26JBD100

Then open Pins view:
