SDK 2.13.0 has emWin 6.28, but no AppWizard V1.32_6.28 yet?

Hello,

NXP has updated its SDK 2.13.0 (2023-01-18) to use emWin 6.28, however after 2 months there is no AppWizard 1.32_6.28 kit for download from NXP website yet.

The latest AppWizard on NXP website is the old 1.20_6.16d: https://www.nxp.com/design/software/embedded-software/nxp-emwin-libraries:EMWIN-GRAPHICS-LIBRARY?#de...

Segger's license from AppWizard states:

2.1 If you received the Software from SEGGER as a part of the licensed emWin PRO Bundle you shall make use of the Software only in strict compliance with the terms and conditions of the associated license agreement it is distributed with.

2.2 If you receive the Software from one of the SEGGER Silicon Vendor Partners together with a license for SEGGER's emWin-Software in Object code form you shall make use of the Software only in strict compliance with such license including but not limited to the restrictions as contained therein with regard to the target CPUs the  emWin-Software in Object code form may be used with.

2.3    If neither a license for the emWin PRO Bundle is granted to you by SEGGER nor a license for SEGGER's emWin-Software in Object Code form by any of the SEGGER Silicon Vendor Partners you are not authorized to use the Software. 

We need to get the AppWizard install kit legally from NXP: when will NXP make the latest AppWizard 1.32_6.28 kit available on their website?

Here's a confirmation that Segger imposes that we should obtain AppWizard from the MCU vendor: https://forum.segger.com/index.php/Thread/8582-emWin-License/

But unfortunately it's not what we need, because the latest SDK 2.13.0 from NXP has emWin 6.28:

Therefore we need AppWizard 1.32 as this is the counterpart to emWin 6.28:

Newer emWin 6.32 has extra features and might not be compatible with 6.28 emWin lib binary:

Same for the newer AppWizard 1.36a which supports new objects which also might not be known by 6.28 emWin binary:

Can we have the correct AppWizard kit please (V132-628) or are you going to update the SDK to contain latest emWin 6.32a to match the latest AppWizard?

No, there is no AppWizard 1.32_6.28 and there was no AppWizard 1.32_6.28 on NXP.

As can be seen, Segger's licence imposes that for "emWin-Software in Object code" we must obtain the AppWizard kit from the vendor (see point 2.2 above) else we are not authorised to use new AppWizard!

Latest NXP's SDK 2.13.0 (2023-01-18) already has the new emWin 6.28, but we cannot take it in use, because counterpart AppWizard (which should be 1.32_6.28) is missing from NXP...

I have also previously enquired about the latest version of Appwizard. I am not able to use the emWin v6.28 as the Appwizard v1.32_6.28 is not available in NXP website. How do I get that version of Appwizard?
