I see that you are getting a load error for an SDK that it is v24.12, the latest SDK version for LPC55s28 board. However, please ensure of the following things:
-Get and try to install the SDK with the latest version of the IDE which is v24.12, if your IDE version is inferior, installation will fail.
- Make sure to build the SDK for the MCUxpresso IDE, an error would be to build an SDK for another toolchain.
If you are still getting the error, or occurs on a different way, I am thinking please let me know, as It seems that you are using drag and drop option to install your SDK.
Other option to install the SDK is using the IDE directly ( plug-in SDK)
