Sorry, but i can't understand your question, the config tools are with the IDE MCUXpresso and the SDK is with the same IDE, so, can you explain with more details your question, please

Use the frdmk66f_enet_txrx_ptp1588_transfer example.

I want to utilize the Peripherals part in MCUXpresso Config Tool.

(MCUXpresso Config Tool > Peripherals)

Is MII setting impossible in that function?

@DWK that's right, in that part is impossible to configure the MII, is in pins where you do that.

If you open an example of SDK, your MII is enable
