IMX6UL EVK Board SDK

I have iMX6UL EVK Board.

Can I Program through MCUXpresso IDE to iMX6UL EVK Board if YES then HOW? if Not then Which IDE Should i used ( i have to use rtos in this)

In MCUXpresso IDE i couldn't able to find out sdk.

refer to the release note of SDK, current SDK doesn't support IDE

Development Tools
The MCUXpresso SDK was compiled with these development
tools:
• IAR Embedded Workbench for ARM version 7.80.4
• Makefiles support with GCC revision v5-2016-q3 from
ARM Embedded
