Please have a look at the attached example code where

AN0 (pot) analog input,

AN6 digital input

AN7 digital output.

mc9s12xep100 is16bit device which works with classic CodeWarrior IDE. MCUXpresso doesn't support it.

This is MCUXpresso IDE space. If your question is nothing related with MCUXpresso,  I would suggest you post it to S12 space:

S12 / MagniV Microcontrollers 

We have 16bit MCU expert there for help.
