Unable to download MCUXpresso: export huh?

When I try to download MCUExpresso I get the following error mesage:

We are unable to grant your request because our export control system has identified your request as a potentially non-compliant export.

Our export control system is configured according to the regulations of the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and the export classification of the product you are attempting to access.

I know all about ITAR nonsense from my days building weapon systems, but what the heck?

I was really looking forward to a long weekend getting my Freedom board up and running, and I hit

this roadblock. Disappointed!

Can you help me get past this issue?

Hi David,

I have seen this kind of things in the past of the user account was missing some information (like the country you live in).

If the information is not complete, you are falling in the 'banned' countries which then shows that kind of message.

Can you check your settings/login account for this?
