NullPointerException in MCUXpresso IDE

I get often null pointer exception in MCUXpresso IDE 11.0.1.

I have to go through the following steps to reproduce it:

• Open a project in MCUXpresso
• Open a mex-file
• Change perspective again to Develop
• Open a different mex-file
• Change perspective again to Develop
• From now I get always java.lang.NullPointerException what ever I do
• Workaround: Restart IDE or never open two different mex File inside MCUXpresso IDE

You are corect: If I close Help, the exceptions vanishes. Thanks for the tip and good look in finding the culprit of the exception.

Hello Kurt,

you have probably opened the Help view in the Develop perspective. If you close it, the exceptions should stop showing (easier workaround then restarting IDE). We are looking for the root cause to fix it into the next version.
