First use of LPCXpresso 1769 board and MCUXpresso IDE. I'm not getting any COM devices showing up in device manager. I do get a 'MBED microcontroller USB Device' under Disk Drives. When I reset the board, it looks like it's running a defualt program that blinks the Green LED once per second. I do have other development boards that do show up under 'Ports (COM & LPT), when plugged in. Am I missing a driver?
Hello Timothy Holzmann,
How about install MBED serial driver?

Yes, I tried that and it works. I now want to update the debug firmware. I
haven't found definitive instructions on how to update the firmware on my
board - an LPCXspresso 1769 Rev D. The board itself has a Rev D2, there is
a schematic available for a Rev D and Rev D1. The Rev D1 is different, it
looks like the Rev D matches the Rev D2 hardware - can you confirm?
Thanks
Tim
Hello Tim,

-> If your board is Rev D, please refer to the Rev D schematic.
And how to update the debug firmware please refer to the below thread:
LPCXpresso LPC1769 (OM13085) Can't find debug Probe

"You can find that firmware by searching for "lpc11u35 debug firmware" or directly at this link: https://www.nxp.com/webapp/sps/download/license.jsp?colCode=LPC11Uxx-Debug-Probe-VCOM&fsrch=1&sr=1&p...=
This package includes a driver for the VCOM function, plus the new debug probe firmware and instructions to install. Updating the firmware is easy - hold down reset while powering the board and you will see a device called CRP_DISABLD appear in your file manager. Delete the file there called firmware.bin, then drag and drop the file with the same name from the package you downloaded. Re-power the board and away you go!"
Hope it helps,
