I am using MCUXpresso v11.5.0 for Windows which is latest. Also, I just used SDK-Builder to generate and download this:
but when I try to install this in MCUXpresso I get the following error:
This happens whether I use drag and drop or the install SDK dialog. Help?
BTW clicking on the "Error Log" link crashes the IDE.

MCUXpresso IDE doesn't support MIMX8, its supported devices are listed here
Officially, it supports GCC ARM and IAR only. MCUXPresso IDE is not enabled.
