Does the downloaded module have the new linkServer device driver ?

I also see the https://community.nxp.com/t5/MCUXpresso-IDE/LPCXpresso55S69-debugger-not-open-in-Windows11-MCUXpress... page.

I have experience almost the same error dialog.

I want to debug, but it seems like the driver doesn't work properly and crashes.

Hello @Fukui_wb

MCUXpresso IDE 11.8 supports this part.

You can try to change to a new workspace, and create a simple new project to test.

If still has issue, please take screenshots to show your detail steps.
