Cannot download latest MCUXpresso

I'm trying to update to the latest version of MCUXpresso but when I click in download i'm redirected to my profile account

After a few times It worked

I was using Edge, and no error message was shown. I've try with chrome and I've got the error:

Secure access rights and password certification are temporarily unavailable due to a system error. Please check back.

Whether the account has not logged in for a long time? You can ask online support help you re-active your account.

You must be kidding, folks. Were al UX-specialist - or everyone who actually with some neurons left - got fired at NXP?!
Or did I misunderstand something?
I need to interact with your support to re-activate my account because I did not log in for a while?!
