Can't save proxy username and password on MCUXpresso IDE 11.8

In MCUXpresso 11.8, I can't save the proxy configuration: when I fill the proxy name, user and password, when press OK and then Apply and Close, if I reopen the dialog user and password are blank and Auth is not checked! This appens with 11.8 version but also with 11.6.

Can anyone tell me how I can solve this problem?

Thank you for contacting NXP Tech Support. Regarding this issue, I have tested it in MCUXpresso 11.8 and did not reproduce the problem you encountered. It is recommended that you create a new workspace, close some projects, and then try again.

THank you for your reply. I made as you suggested: I created a new workspace and then I set the proxy configuration. But when I close the dialog and then re-open it, the form is void as the image attached. It sems like the cofiguration is not able to save itself. Do you  know in which file the configuration is saved?

The configuration is saved in C:\Users\nxg****\.eclipse\org.eclipse.equinox.security\secure_storage.

You can also search for "proxy" on the help page to see if there are more available instructions.
