As a heads-up: several uses reported a problems with downloading the MCUXpresso IDE setup/installer program.
If pressing the 'Download' button, you might come back to the login screen (to log into your NXP user account):
The likely reason for this is that your NXP account needs re-activation. You should see a link to open a SR (Service Request) which you could use.
Otherwise post a comment here so your account can be re-activated.

Trying to download MCUXpresso and the download utility doesn't allow me to save the bundle to any folder.
Can someone please re-activate my NXP account?
UPDATE: I found a work-around. I was checking the box for the Windows bundle and then clicking the black "Download Selected Files" button. This sequence would never let me save the file to a folder. If I just click the actual .EXE file directly, the download works. This is on Win10 + Google Chrome.
