Not able to download MCUXpresso IDE if account is inactive

As a heads-up: several uses reported a problems with downloading the MCUXpresso IDE setup/installer program.

If pressing the 'Download' button, you might come back to the login screen (to log into your NXP user account):

The likely reason for this is that your NXP account needs re-activation. You should see a link to open a SR (Service Request) which you could use.

Otherwise post a comment here so your account can be re-activated.

abviously, this is a internal issue with NXP, I can login with my account, and in account web page, I couldn't seen a account activation link or some what. And, nxp confirmed this is an known issue, why you guys don't try to fix it? make every body here to leave a message for a activation ?
