Not able to download MCUXpresso IDE if account is inactive

As a heads-up: several uses reported a problems with downloading the MCUXpresso IDE setup/installer program.

If pressing the 'Download' button, you might come back to the login screen (to log into your NXP user account):

The likely reason for this is that your NXP account needs re-activation. You should see a link to open a SR (Service Request) which you could use.

Otherwise post a comment here so your account can be re-activated.

Jorge, the issue was solved by Gabriela in chat Tech support, she troubleshooted my account (June 19, 2017). Once this action was performed, I was able to download the LPCXpresso IDE

It gives me the email address is not verified message. But I have already verified the address.

The resend link opens a new window and displays "The email address is already activated.".

The next problem - when I click on the download link and the flexnet download manager appears, I get an error that says "unable to save file", "please try again to save to a different location".

But no matter which folder I specify to save the download, I always get the same error message.

Can you help please?

When I'm going to download something, it redirects me to the registration page and suggesting to update my personal information, but when I clicked the submit button nothing happened. I did it many times and same result, can you give me a solution for this?
