mcu download firmware failed .
mcu type :s32k148
tools: SDS+Mulitlink ,SDS+Jlink;
we use Jlink erase the firmware, and then download the firmware failed again.
log note : multilink successfully.

I recommend you to download the latest version of the Segger drivers, you can find it on the page:
https://www.segger.com/products/debug-probes/j-link/models/other-j-links/opensda-sda-v2/
Also, if you use the Jlink commnader, are you able to connect to the MCU? what is the log that you have after selecting "mass erase to unsecure" ?
