How configure USB1_PLL and 32KHz RTC to use temperature Monitor measurment on iMXRT1050 ?

Thank you for the answer. Can you tell me in which demo example in the Import SDK examples I will find the use of tempmon ?

Thanks for your reply.
After downloading the SDK library, then unzip it, you can find the tempmon demo resides in the ~\SDK_2.5.0_EVKB-IMXRT1050\boards\evkbimxrt1050\driver_examples.

Thank you, I didn’t see the example, it was not in the SDK_2.4.0_EVKB-IMXRT1050. I found it in the new version.
