I use comport , PC link comport  receive kUSB_DeviceCdcEventSetControlLineState event
-> "acmReqParam->setupValue" = 1 & 2  

acmReqParam->setupValue = 1 , set  g_deviceComposite->cdcVcom.startTransactions = 1

acmReqParam->setupValue = 2 , set  g_deviceComposite->cdcVcom.startTransactions = 0

PC send data miss
