Hello,

I recently received an OM13094 LPCXpresso54618 CAN-FD kit.

I downloaded (what i believe is ) the last version for MCUXpresso ID, to be more specific v10.3.1.

When i try to debug my code i receive the following error:

pastedImage_2.png

I tried reinstalling everything, updated the software, changed the J-Link Server executable to JLinkGDBServerCL.exe ( note i am using JLink_V642b), and i still don't know what may be the problem.

A little help would be strongly appreciated.

Hi,

You meet connection problem. The problem may be in either project itself or board firmware.

- project itself.

thus, please create a NEW project in a NEW workspace, test connection

- on board debug firmware.

I suggest you refer this link to

https://community.nxp.com/thread/456242

update the firmware. I suggest you also check CMSIS-DAP interface.

Have a great day,
Jun Zhang

Hello,

Thanks for the advice, sadly none of them seem to work.

I used the link you suggested.

I know for sure that in "device and printers" there should be my board labeled "LPC", sadly i do not see it, i believe that is the cause of the problem.

Make sure you are connected to a USB port that is capable of supplying sufficient power to your board. Often, you can change the amount of power supplied to the USB port through the properties of the USB Root Hub in the Device Manager. Failing that, try other USB ports.

Also, make sure your USB cable is working - they fail surprisingly frequently.

Hi Stirbu Rares,

I have a customer met similar problem as yours.

He finally fixed his problem by changing another computer.

So I suggest you test your board connection issue another another computer to verify if the problem is on your computer system. Can you please test?

Have a great day,
