MCXE31B - data for the processor is not available.

I’m running into an issue when trying to open the Pins Tool and Peripherals Tool. I get the following error message:

Processor 'MCXE31B' is not supported or data for the processor is not available.
Check the internet connection.

My internet connection is stable, but the error still appears every time I try to open the tools.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

• Restarted the software and PC.

• Reinstalled the latest version of the software.

When I use the same tools with the MCXN947 processor, everything works perfectly — the issue only happens with MCXE31B.

The MCXE31B is a new product, and support for it will be added in the next version of the configuration tool.
