I have downloaded SDKs for the FRDM MKW24D board configured for IAR Embedded Workbench.  The projects seem fine and load and run.  However when I try to use the MCUXpresso Config Tools it reports that the Peripherals Tool does not support the part.  The Pins and Cloc configuration tools seem fine but I am unable to configure any periherals to be initialized.  Is there a reason for this?  Or am I doing something wrong?

Hello Aaron,

the Peripherals tool does not support all processors (yet). The latest are supported first. One option is to clone the  SDK examples for peripherals you want to use and leverage the code from the examples.
