MCU-LINK-MR firmware update following instructions failed, bricked debugger

Was trying to update MCU-LINK-MR firmware update following instructions:

It failed, now I can not use debugger, even if I press ISP mode button, i can not load firmware, linkserver does not recognize debugger.

Please follow the steps below.

Please press the “LPC ISP mode” button and connect the USB to the PC simultaneously. After powering the MCU-Link MR, release the button. The red STATUS LED (LED1) should light and stay on. The board enumerates on the host computer.

Navigate to the MCU-LINK_installer\scripts sub-directory, then run the program_CMSIS.cmd script, following the installation instructions from this script. After updating the firmware, unplug the board from the host computer, then reconnect the board.
