How to capture the duty cycle generated by FlexPWM in MPC5744P?

The FlexPWM module can now capture the wrong channel, as can be seen in the figure below. So what should I do if I want to get the duty cycle waveform generated by FlexPWM? Is the capture function of the FlexPWM module or eTimer module used?

Anyway the capture logic on PWMX input can be used for this.
