Can't resume when the program suspended

Hi, 

Chip: MKE15Z256VLL7

MCUXpresso Version: 10.3.1

Debug Prober: SEGGER.   SWD mode

If I run the program without suspended or breakpoint, it runs no problem. But if I suspend it  manually or by setting a breakpoint, the program can not resume. It shows "Error: Command aborted." in debugger window. In Diassembly window shows "000018fc: Failed to execute MI command:
-data-disassemble -s 6396 -e 6428 -- 2
Error message from debugger back end:
Cannot access memory at address 0x18fc"

The code is running without FreeRTOS.

How about a simple project , for example "hello world" ?

And please step by step to check which code make it crash.
