dav1 You can find that in the SDK DOCs archive (separate download). For my MCU, there's a release note with the detailed change log for each version.
For example, for USB in "MCUXpresso SDK Release Notes Supporting FRDM-K22F, TWR-K22F120M, and USB-KW41Z-K22F" I have the following. Check the SDK manifest to know what version of the driver is included.
