Introducing MCU-Link, a powerful and low cost debug probe developed by NXP and Embedded Artists. MCU-Link can be used seamlessly with MCUXpresso IDE, and is also compatible with third-party IDEs that support CMSIS-DAP protocol. Its based on the 150MHz, dual-core LPC55S69 MCU and has a high speed USB host interface to give plenty of debug performance. It also includes a USB to UART bridge feature (VCOM) that can be used to provide a serial connection between the target MCU and a host computer.

Currently, MCU-Link supports SWD based debug of our Arm Cortex-M MCUs. It will work with legacy LPC and Kinetis parts, but for dual core debug of LPC43xx parts or when you need your probe to supply power to the target we still recommend LPC-Link2 or probes from our partners (PE Micro, SEGGER, IAR, Keil, and iSystem).
