flashloader_image.c missing in NXP_Kinetis_Bootloader_2.0.0 compile error

I just downloaded the NXP_Kinetis_Bootloader_2_0_0, I have tried to compile it but it seems that the file flashloader_image.c seems to be missing from the build. Anyone faced this error? Can someone point me as to where I can get a complete version of the bootloader please?
