In device manager, USB on custom board for LPC54016 shows "LPC" in "Universal Serial Bus Device" instead of showing as "HID-Compliant vendor-defined device".

The Driver it is using is WinUsb Device. I don't think that is right and it should use hidusb.sys driver. The USB connector is connected to USB0 of the LPC54016.

I tried with an HID example from SDK and I am able to see my board under "Human Interface Device" as "HID-Compliant device".

Hi,

I agree with that the PC should use the hidusb.sys driver for HID class.
