What the board you are using? The official board or your own designed board?
If it is your own designed board, do you make it works in the previous time?
Please also let me know your chip part number, when you download the code, the code also should related to your chip.
If you have the JLINK, you can use the JLINK commander to check your board, can you find the ARM core or not?
