where can i find rcw file(not .bin file) for LS1028A on Real-time-edge

Hi there 

I wanna rewrite rcw for ls1028 in order to fit my board, but after i finish the bitbake command, i could not find rcw file or uboot file or linux kernal. I only find the rcw.bin file in the R_SQPP_0X86bb folder.

Does anyone can tell me if i can find the rcw file which i can rewrite?  also with kernal and uboot files.
