mtd-utils for ls1046afrwy repository

Where should I pull mtd-utils from that is supported by NXP and freescale/layerscape?

I am needing to boot from QSPI with rootfs on NAND IFC similar to:

Just wondering, once I get the kernel configured properly with mtd, ubi, and ubifs are the necessary commands available at that time or do I still need to install mtd-utils and needed dependencies?

I found that if I build the ubuntu:main rootfs, it does contain the mtd-utils...
