I have a ls1046a board and connect 2 PCI devices to serdes-2. during system bootup, it can probe these 2 PCI devices successfully, while when I do a rescan after reset, remove, and unreset operation, one of the PCI devices can be probed successfully, while the other one always failed to be probed. It can reproduce each time for this one. While for this PCI device, there's no problem for upon operation with another t10xx card.
And when dump the LUT of the PCI controller state, it always stay "detect.active" state, link can't be established.
I have no idea how that happen and how to debug further.
