[ls1028ardb] screen resolution is set in uboot bootargs

In LSDK-21.08, the uboot bootargs contains video=1920x1080-32@60, will this limit the display that we can use?

video=1920x1080-32@60 will set your display resolution. You can change it according to your display. please refer uboot/doc/README.video for more detail.
