extend rcw register was changed back in uboot (LSDK2012 + LS1043)

Dear Engineer Friends,

I got a strange issue and need you help.

There is a customer board which run LSDK2012 on LS1043. The extend rcw configuration word need to be changed to enable I2C3. I did this by add pbi command in rcw. It works and I have saw the regiter 0x157040C was changed from 0x33330000 to 0x0 in ATF.

However when booting into uboot and check the register again with md 0x157040C, the register was changed back to it's original value 0x33330000.

Actually, there is also another register PWRFAULTControl whose address is 0x01570414 got similarly issue.

Those registers are set in u-boot code,  see file \board\freescale\ls1043ardb\ls1043ardb.c for details.
