Hi:

I am compiling Ubuntu mate using lsdk2012, but there is no desktop. When installed on the custom board, only the display cursor flashes,I checked the service list and found that some services failed. Please refer to the services marked in red. Is there any impact?

I discussed with the testing team, they didn't encounter this issue.

We compiled Ubuntu mate rootfs filesystem about 1.8G, please check whether you built ubuntu:mate rootfs completely.

In addition, the testing team suggest you use high speed SD card to verify ubuntu:mate rootfs.

HI:

Thank you for your rootfs, but there is still no desktop, only cursor. I compiled the DP driver to the kernel, "mail-dp = y" instead of "mail-dp = M".Then start it manually, but complain that there is no GPU manager

root@ubuntu:~# /usr/sbin/lightdm

** (lightdm:1662): WARNING **: 00:02:04.543: Seat type 'xlocal' is deprecated, use 'type=local' instead
/sbin/prime-switch: 22: /usr/bin/gpu-manager: not found

Have your tried to use the pre-built image bootpartition_LS_arm64_lts_5.4.tgz?

wget https://www.nxp.com/lgfiles/sdk/lsdk2012/bootpartition_LS_arm64_lts_5.4.tgz

hi:

Thank you for your reply. I used lsdk2012 to compile Ubuntu-mate, but found that the Ubuntu-mate version was 20.04. Did you also compile Ubuntu-mate with lsdk2012 on Ubuntu 18.04 host
