Should LS1027A MDM signal be inverted to connect DDR4 DMn pin?

Hello all,

I am using MT40A1G16KNR-075E DDR4 chip with only active low DMn pins, while LS1027A processor has only active high MDM pins. Should I invert the MDM signal from LS1027A to connect the DMn pins of DDR4 chip? If so, what inverters should I use? Will the speed of the inverter be a problem in DDR4 connection?

Thank you for your replies!

MDM should follow the trace-matched rule, see the AN5907, Routing data bus.

For the DDR layout please refer to LS1028ARDB and AN5907.

Please confirm if it is really need invert.

Thank you! I checked the function of the data mask signals and decided not to use them,
