Dear NXP,

We encounter an issue that ping test(via switch) sometimes drop packets.

Would you please show me some steps that I can figure out where goes wrong.

Thank you.

CPU: LS1043A

switch: Marvell 88e6141

OS: openwrt

Is there any other traffic coming to this switch ?
No matter the answer is either yes or no in both cases you can run a utility like ethtool

If there is lot of other traffic on this switch as well then you might see pause frames from ethtool counters

And if there is no other traffic then also we might get some clue from Rx errors in ethtool

Also if possible get some stats for the relevant port/IP from the switch side, as to if switch sent all ping replies back towards our board
