Some pins are noted as open-drain(ex: L4,M4,M3...) in datasheet pinout list

Other pins no noted are push-pull?

What is the type for SPI CS?(T3, T5, U3, U5)

thx

You have to know, pins L4,M4,M3 etc are open-drain only when configured as I2C signals. You can find other instances or L4,M4,M3 etc pins in the pinout list without note 'open-drain', for example when configured as GPIO4. So actually mentioned pins are push-pull ones, however can be configured/used as open-drain if required by their function, like I2C.
