LS1043A can not find MAC address

Hi, Expert:

    Our software and hardware come from LS1043ARDB. We deleted CPLD and keeps the same PHY IC（RTL8211FS）.and we try to stay in step with the LS1043ARDB。

  Our problems are:

  1)We can not get MAC address automatically;

  2)We write the fixed MAC address in software.and We notice that it can ping the PC under uboot mode but it can not ping  the PC under Linux system,and We get the message“connect: Network is unreachable”

 We hope somebody can give us some advices.
