Is there a way to disable a JTAG debug port from linux or running software in ls1021aiot based custom board ?

Hi All, 

I have ls1021aiot based custom board . As we are going through security scanning of our board we want to disable JTAG debug port connected to ls1021a on board . We don't won't completely remove it . Is there a way to disable JTAG port from software. I have tried to refer to reference manual but could not figure out way. Appreciate any help .

JTAG port operation can't be disabled by any means - either software or hardware.
