How to burn rcw, uboot, kernel, etc. to a brand new ls1028a board

I use flex-builder tool to build image for ls1028a in Ubuntu18.04,how to burn rcw, uboot, kernel, rootfs to a brand new ls1028a board?

Available options:

1) if the board is capable to boot from SD card - prepare bootable SD card

2) use CodeWarrior and CodeWarrior TAP to program composite firmware image

CodeWarrior is the only option if SD boot is no possible.

    In other words, if I want to burn the image to emmc, I must use CodeWarriors,right?
