Flashing LSDK images

Dear NXP,

I would like to understand and learn the following and need help in this regards.
Please help me with any exisiting information or tutorial if available.

I Need to do the following,

1. Identify and download firmware from website for LX2160ARDB platform.
2. Flash the firmware to the board
3.  Identify and download LSDK Image from website for LX2160ARDB platform.
4. Flash the identified LSDK Image to a SD card.
5. Need to prepare a Ubuntu machine for this above activity.
