ECC occurs when CS2 and NAND Flash are used together in LS1024A

In the LS1024A, the hardware is the same as the reference board.

With CS2, ECC occurs on the nand flash.

NOR flash uses MX29GL512FHT2I and NAND flash uses MLC type MT29F16G08CBACAWP.

Especially in CS2 and NAND flash, it seems to be a problem with NAND CS.

In other words, NAND CS does not seem to be low active normally.

I would like you to let me know how to solve it.

Thank you for answer

The material you sent doesn't mention anything about CS2 and NAND CS.

As a result of measurement with a logic analyzer, it is determined that cs2 has an effect on nand cs.

Because I have confirmed that ECC does not occur when cs2 is not used.

And on page 56 of the datasheet note NAND_RE and NAND_WE are toggled when there is an access to CS#0-3. There is a phrase called.

Please elaborate on what this means.

For cs2 and nand cs, it is necessary to present unaffected ones.

I need a lot of help.
