Do I need to add what external chips if I use LS1012A to driving TFT LCD?

Yes you need for external TFT LCD controller in-between LS1021A and TFT LCD panel. There are TFT LCD controllers with SPI and I2C interfaces, so you may add TFT LCD controller to LS1012A SPI interface.
