DDR test on LS1021A in u-boot or kernel without codewarrior/jtag

I am using LS1021A custom board, we need to do the DDR test with the temperature  -40C to +80C inside thermal chamber, please suggest me to  the DDR test in u-boot or kernel without codewarrior or the jtag.

Use the "mtest" command from u-boot for memory testing. See the following page:
