newbie in LPCXpresso LPC1769

Hi,

i am using LPCXpresso LPC1769 board. To begin learning this board i wanted to blink an LED on this board. i went through schematic of LPCXpresso LPC1769 board. And i understood that LED2 is connected to the P0[22] pin of LPC1769.

So, in order to blink the LED2, what steps that i should fallow? if you share a simple C code it will be very help for me.
