Unable to connect to the core on LPC1549

I am using LPC1549 and as a beginner, I tried to run one of the given example projects after I imported them.

I got the following error : Failed on connect: Ee(36). Could not connect to core.

Since I installed lpcxpresso, I did not modify anything in the user environment. I only plugged my lpc1549 on USB and tried to run blinky and then other projects, but I got the same error every time.

The attached picture shows the error.

Please let me know how can I connect to my core properly!

Best Regards,

Gergo

I had to change the Jumper position on the board and then the connection to core problem is solved.

Thanks for help.

In the first place, please check your debug/reset circuitry against : Design Considerations for Debug

If you are still having problems, then please provide some more details about your board, IDE version, debug probe and host operating system.

It would also be helpful if you could post the actual text from the IDE's debug console when your debug session fails:  The Debug Log

Have you connected the SWD cable the correct way around? Have you powered the board correctly? Either of these can cause your problem.
