How to i increase the size of my menubar and icons in the LPCXpresso IDE

I am currently running the LPCXpresso_6.1.4 IDE on a Dell XPS13 (Windows 10). How do I increase the size of the icons on the menu bar?

This is a restriction in the version of Eclipse used by LPCXpresso IDE. For more details see: https://community.nxp.com/message/829126

We plan to move to Eclipse Neon in a tools release later this year.
